This Is How Testosterone Builds Muscle, Kills Stress, And Leads to Better Sex

Fellas what do we want? Bigger muscles, less stress and better sex. Yea yea I’m sure that’s very stereotypical but it’s also the truth we can’t hide from. Not only that, it’s also why each of those categories are respectively billion-dollar industries.  

When you hear the word testosterone what comes to mind? Is it the beating of a chest? Is it the negative stigma? Or one’s sex drive? Believe it or not, all will deeply seep into the conversation we are having here.

Okay so let us settle the question, what is testosterone? In short, it’s a sex hormone that plays an important role in the body. In men specifically, it’s thought to regulate sex drive, bone mass, fat distribution, muscle mass/strength, and the production of red blood cells and sperm.

Low levels can slowly push you too deeply into the light side, while high levels nudge you deeply towards the dark.

If the goal is to have better sex, doesn’t it sound better to call upon these two powers and establish oneself as the king of his emotional center, his domain? The simple answer is yes. Being a man with integrated masculinity means being comfortable in who you are and what satisfies you. Work through any emotional or mental blocks when it comes to this and without a doubt, you’ll feel a huge sense of freedom and confidence.

The Importance of Healthy Testosterone

I’m quite sure this blog went a lot differently than one might’ve expected given the simplicity of the title. But vagueness doesn’t get us extremely far and neither does giving the same type of tips we hear on an almost daily basis. Whether it’s through social media, commercials, or some Viagra based company that over stretches their ability to make you feel like a “stronger man.” Being a man is a lot more complex than what the world of media would have us believe it is. Therefore, it’s important to have a realistic playbook we can stick to in hopes of developing our masculine energy, our healthy physiques, and fulfilled sex life.

Over time as the world, and life itself evolves, so must we. Walking around with a beer gut and a disregard toward your health isn’t going to fly anymore. Being super fit with washboard abs isn’t what makes you more attractive, it’s the idea that you’re willing to be intentional about the way you live your life and the way you show up in the world.

Take the reigns back on the way stress has controlled your life and mindset.
